Review: Best compact exercise tool you can own - The Exo Chair by Balanced Body is the best piece of exercise equipment I own. I first used it in my pilates studio and when COVID made it necessary to set up a home gym, I knew I had to have one. It fits well into a small space and you can do so much with it. While it took a few weeks to get it, it arrived earlier than promised. It came fully assembled. I simply had to release the springs from their secure wrapping and it was ready to use. I love pikes, lunges, dips, bridges, and so much more, and use the resistance springs that came with my Balanced Body Springboard for a full body workout. The combination of these can fit into a small space and do just about everything you need. For a little more than the price of half a year at my pilates studio, I have my own compact pilates studio to use any time I want, as much as I want. This is well worth the investment!!!
