I reach out for Himalayan rock salt as soon as I brush my teeth in the morning. I add it to a tall glass of water to which I squeeze juice of a lemon and add a spoon of apple cider vinegar. Then I add this salt to all my meals, Idli dosa batter and pickles. Rub a little salt on your tongue before drinking water. It helps push the nutrients to the cells. Whereas water on its own when had in large quantities can deplete minerals.
