It is flexible, stretchable and very easy to use. I currently have about 6 sizes that I use for Lonza, Capocollo, Bresaola, and large ham sized cuts of meat. I bought a large adjustable stuffing horn a couple of years ago and this #16 Netting works perfectly for a half Copa muscle or a Bresaola. It stretches over the stuffing horn easily and fits snugly on the meat to provide a nice shape for the finished product. Review: Works perfectly on cured meats - It takes a little bit of practice getting it on to something like a pork loin, but the results look great. I found that if I gather up the whole cut length of netting on my index and middle fingers, pull it open and have a helper push the pork loin into it while they pull down on the bottom netting then it only takes a few seconds to get a perfect wrap.
