We needed something that we could use in the barn to cut bailing twine with from bales of hay and straw. My mother and I both have arthritis in her hands so we needed something that was easy to use and Sharp enough to work. These things I think it cut through just about anything. They’re not too heavy. They fit the hand very nicely for both men and women and don’t require a lot of force or strength to cut. If you’re looking for a good pair of shears, that is extremely sharp highly recommend these.
