## Questions & Answers

**Q: If the child matches the incorrect colour will the bunnies jump up? How is the game played**
A: Dear customer,
Thank you for your query. Each hole contains a spring mechanism at the bottom, so the rabbits will jump up if you press down. The point of the game is to match the rabbits with the right colour. It is meant to develop colour recognition.
With kind regards,
Jaques of London - Customer Services

**Q: Do the rabbits pop out of the stand completely?**
A: Yes if you press them down. If you press them gently they will bounce up and down. They are great fun for younger children

**Q: Are the bunnies pop up by themselves? Nothing hss 'jumped' yet I don't get why. Thanks**
A: You push them down then let go.

**Q: Do they arrive gift wrapped as standard or do you need to select option?**
A: The Bouncing Bunnies arrive in the Jaques packaging as illustrated in the picture.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect little gift, stunning quality and presented beautifully
*by L***X on 7 October 2025*

Oh, this is such a lovely little wooden toy! Just a heads-up, maybe keep an eye on the kids when they’re playing with it, just in case they trip and fall while holding it. It’s beautifully packaged, super high-quality, and there’s even a sweet handwritten note inside thanking us for the purchase. My nephew absolutely adores this toy, and it’s great for helping him learn coordination by putting the little rabbits back into the holes, which pop back up when he pushes them down—he loves it! I’d definitely recommend it, and please supervise when they’re using it, especially if they’re running around with it in their hands.
