Do you need to scrub it in or just apply and then wash off? Ta x** A: I scrubbed it a little to try and get the mould spots off the canvas but althought there was a slight improvement, the mould spots remained. I don't know what the answer to mould spots is. Bleach would work but that would also rot the canvas, I think **Q: Can this be used on cream canvas bell tents?** A: This product can be used on a variety of materials including 'Cream Canvas Bell Tents.' As with all our products - we recommend that you carry out a test patch in an inconspicuous area first. We recommend starting off with a weaker dilution rate and working up towards a stronger mix (if needed) - especially if you are unsure or if it is the first time cleaning your marquee or canvas material. **Q: Will the marquee need waterproofing again afterwards?** A: At a guess, I would say yes. ## Frequently Bought Together - HLS Supplies Marquee & Canvas Cleaner 5L - HLS FS-75 Fabric Sealer 5L: Waterproofer/Reproofer for Superior Water Repellence and Oil Resistance, Perfect for Outdoor Fabrics - Spear & Jackson 5LPAPS 5 Litre Pump Action Pressure Sprayer --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/222135647-5l-mq-22-marquee-and-canvas-cleaner-awning-and-tent](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/222135647-5l-mq-22-marquee-and-canvas-cleaner-awning-and-tent) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
