This was a gift for my godchild... thankfully she did not see it before I got to it. I’ve never seen a Lego ( and I’ve bought my share .... many with much bigger boxes, delivered this way. Not a great idea . Plus it was pouring rain and the LEGO box could easily have been damaged, again not a great idea desertcart !!

Always loved Legos and brought my son up with building them. This is one toy that can stimulate the child’s ability to assimilate while building the item. It also serves as a great parent child experience. BUT please Amazon .. out the darn set in a box ! This was a gift for my godchild... thankfully she did not see it before I got to it. I’ve never seen a Lego ( and I’ve bought my share .... many with much bigger boxes, delivered this way. Not a great idea . This is one of the sets my kids prefer to keep playing with after built. This one is sturdy enough that it doesn't have a loosely connected part keep falling off all the time and frustrating the kids. Yes, Legos are pricey, and this set is pricier than most, but it has gotten replayed with also more than most sets. Blergh, Legos, I wish you were cheaper.
