Only use at night and possibly requires a pad, as can cause extra discharge. What goes up must come down lol . No patch required in my opinion. **Q: Has anyone used this and not had to keep using it after the 7 days?** A: Hi it depends on your body/health and if you are prone to getting Bacterial Vaginosis. If you keep BV Treatment at home you will be able to manage the symptoms when required.
