We moved into a house with well water and septic. The water softener is obviously not working because after about 3 months a hard ring has formed around the water line. And that is with regular normal cleaning. I’ve tried everything, even trying to chip it away with a knife nothing worked. These little babies got rid of the ring in literally minutes. Only thing I wish is they made some in different shapes, like maybe skinnier or pointier so I could get right up under the lip of the bowl but no one is gonna see that unless your sticking your head in there. lol. Highly highly recommend.
