The face plate is solidly built, but really impressed me was the 0.0005" run out on the face. Most face plates I've gotten were about 0.004 but this one was exceptionally flat and square. I've ordered another and hope it's as good. The picture was slightly different from the one I received as the inner 4 holes were offset by 45 Deg to the outer ring, but I really liked that better.Received my second and was just as good as the first, 0.0005" run out.
