I have only been taking for a couple of weeks but my skin is better and seems to have more plushness to it (not sure that is a word lol). Also I recently broke L5 and L4 (in May 2016) and they seem to be healing reasonably well since I am able to ride my horse for several hours without needing a bunch of pain medication. The price is reasonable and no one paid me for the review and quite frankly as someone who has done Botox and regards it as worthwhile I can afford the $16.00 they are currently charging on Amazon.I actually have seen a difference not in my nails but in my skin weirdly enough which seems thicker and my energy levels. I am lucky to have pretty nice hair anyway (at least for my age) and I seem to heal quicker.I play pretty hard and get cuts and scraps from working my little two horse farm lol but they heal much quicker than they did.I bought this because the ingredients were similar to Elysium basis.I am 53 years old and although I have no illusions or desire to be immortal I want to be as healthy as possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They have surpassed that point and while they aren't like salon nails they are stronger and growing *by A***A on February 25, 2017* I have auto immune complications which affect my hair, skin and nails. I was hesitant to purchase this product because I have purchases so many others with no results, but we never give up do we. I am just about finished with my second bottle and I am surprised at the difference in my nails. They are usually so thin that they rip and tear off before they reach the ends of my fingers. They have surpassed that point and while they aren't like salon nails they are stronger and growing. I'm not sure if my hair has improved on it's own or if HSN is responsible because it certainly seems shinier. I'm convinced that with continued use I will see ever greater changes.
