This I can take and no more feel sick. I run low on this vitamin so it is nice to now take it everyday and not feel sick so if you are like me this is great. I just take it straight out of the bottle so the flavor isn’t as good as I hoped but I don’t care better than a pill. I am sure if you mix it it is great. Also like others have mentioned the bottle is about half way full. Feels like a waste plastic and I would expect it to be closer to the top in relation to bottle size.
