The only issue I had with this product was the assembly instructions were very minimal and not very helpful and the front wheel bracket/mount onto the tire was extremely tight and difficult to insert. **Q: are the trainning wheel removable?** A: Training wheels are removable on almost any bike. **Q: how do you tighten the seat on this bike? we have it as tight as the screw will go and it is still coming out and spinning around.** A: Sorry to hear that the seat is not staying. Best thing to do is buy at a local hardware store what is know as a lock tight washer that has grooves and put one or two inside the bolt. They cost about .25c. That is easier and cheaper than anything else. Indecorate **Q: Is this thing heavy? As in, walmart tank heavy bike?** A: Don't shop at Walmart, don't know what tank heavy bike is. This is durable, sturdy bike that doesn't weigh a ton.
