I recommend only taking 1 capsule, not 2, but it's your choice. And I recommend taking one capsule early in the morning and the next around 1pm. I took it later in the day the first day (5pm) and I couldn't sleep. So, the next day I took it early in the morning and then again at 1pm and I slept very well last night. I feel a little bit of the "jumpiness", but not much. However, I'm taking only 1 capsule as opposed to 2 and I'm used to drinking rocket-fuel strength coffee, so I'm used to the caffeine. With that said, I think 2 capsules would be too much for me, as I can already feel some uneasiness/jumpiness, but it's worth the drastic loss of appetite.
