The single can purchase option is for one "Number 10" can, which is about the size of a coffee can. Just do an image search on your favorite search engine for "Number 10 can" and look for a picture of someone holding a really big can. That's the one. If you buy the case option, you get a box of 6 of these cans. That's how it's sold to restaurants. If you're buying a case, make sure you have a large family, or eat a lot of tomato sauce. 7/11 is my favorite of the Stanislaus packages.
