The company is enjoying a revival, it seems, with their recent releases; especially the model kits of the famed Avro Lancaster. The Lancaster kits can be supplemented with this additional kit of various RAF equipment and vehicles that assisted in getting the aircraft ready for their next mission. Airfix were one of the premier model companies of the 1960's; I remember looking at all their releases as a wide eyed young model enthusiast in the late 1960's and working my way through their kits of famous WW2 bombers. The company is enjoying a revival, it seems, with their recent releases; especially the model kits of the famed Avro Lancaster. The Lancaster kits can be supplemented with this additional kit of various RAF equipment and vehicles that assisted in getting the aircraft ready for their next mission.
