It came out very tender and at the perfect temp. The Inkbird app made monitoring the water temp and the cook very easy. Also the WiFi setup on the device was very easy and intuitive. Couple of things that you may run into was that the device comes in C as default. It is very easy to change the setting on the app. The other thing was the temp was off by 1 degree, I was easily able to calibrate it by adjusting the offset in the app. Overall I am very happy with the device and I highly recommend it. It is well build and has a solid feeling. The LCD screen is easy to read.
