I feel decadent just owning it. You almost want to sit and stare at it , never mind write with it.However, in practical terms, it seems well made and looks classy. It's fairly weighty and if you keep your lid on the end of the pen, it's slightly top heavy but I'm good with that as I like a bit of weight. Pen lid fits on with a nice snap. I was worried about the fine nib as I'm used to a medium and the nib isn't changeable but it's absolutely no problem.It comes with a piston converter but takes international standard cartridges too. I'm looking forward to using it with my Diamine inks.It writes nice and smoothly, no dragging or scratching so far. My only slight disappointment is you can't change the nib yourself.
