We should have read the listing more carefully and noted that they are 10awg. Jtron also makes a pair that are 6awg for only a dollar more. If you are working with 12v systems that extra dollar is probably worth it but for higher voltages these are adequate for short lengths.We used to build our own cables and thought soldering was important. If crimping is tight (and these are) they are better than those soldered with a torch because the overheated strands become brittle unless done carefully.
