And the diameter of the grommets are 12mm, 14mm, 45mm long. **Q: Bought it on 27 Jan, used it for a couple of weeks. However, hinges shift as a result we keep on tightening the screws. Its not working, can we return** A: Very disappointed, ours ended up in the bin after many adjustments. I’ve now found better rubber fixings, after fitting, have never moved. Just google rubber toilet seat fixings.
