I've tried several products over the years with more or less success. Of all these I've tried I have to say I've been most impressed with this spray from Incognito. It comes in a small pump action bottle and each spray delivers a decent amount of the product. It is non greasy and applies easily without leaving a sticky or greasy residue. It has a pleasant scent from the natural ingredients, mainly citronella I think, which is very wearable. On a recent walking trip I was adjacent to a river as well as in quite dense vegetation and as soon as the spray went on the midges, horse flies etc. vanished as if by magic. My walking partner was so impressed with the results that he has since purchased a couple of bottles for himself. As well as being a very effective repellent the spray is also DEET free with all the benefits to skin and environment that this entails.
