It's all within reach with FIMO special craft clay.A blend of art, quality and fun, as only Staedtler can make it.Enjoy hours of absorbing, artistic crafting play, without having to worry about hardening or breaking. FIMO stays soft and pliable no matter if you leave it out for days, or work it for hours. Then, finalize your art right in your home oven. (We recommend a dedicated countertop oven if you'll be doing a lot of crafting).Notes and suggestions:FIMO can be sanded and polishedAlready hardened FIMO elements can be baked multiple times for projects that require multiple hardening passesThe hardened clay can be varnished with special FIMO paints or painted with suitable pens or acrylic and oil paintsFIMO should only be washed by hand, not in dishwashers. Dishwashing detergent is too harsh and can harm the material.Holes for FIMO jewellery and beads can either be made with a needle before hardening or drilled with a hand drill after hardening. Broken FIMO parts can be easily attached again using super glue Review: Fantastic clay! - This clay is fantastic! After reading the reviews it was quite obvious that beginners do not know how to use a professional quality clay. You have to work it into a pliable form. Which is normal for professional level clays. They are also stronger and easier to work with because they are less squishy. If you’re a beginner, I wouldn’t get this clay. All the images I included were done with Fimo Professional black (the colored ones are painted with micro powders before baking and the interior of the dragons wings are done with a softer clay as it needs to move freely) Review: It work - Made a necklace with it for my mother. It took a lot of force to mold though. Its color stayed well after being in the oven. Pretty easy to have it stay in shape. Good value. ## Features - Nullify - Staedtler-Fimo Professional Soft Polymer Clay - Knead shape and bake - Professional users appreciate the high quality of this long- established modeling clay ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00X5P5R96 | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #30,357 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #146 in Pottery & Modeling Clays | | Brand | STAEDTLER | | Brand Name | STAEDTLER | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 499 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Color Recognition, Creative Skill, Hand-Eye Coordination | | Included Components | Clay | | Item Dimensions | 36.57 x 2 x 0.5 inches | | Item Type Name | Clay | | Item Weight | 2.08 ounces | | Manufacturer | Staedtler | | Manufacturer Part Number | 8005-9 LU03 | | Material | Clay | | Material Type | Clay | | Model Name | 8005-9 LU03 | | Model Number | 8005-9 LU03 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Oven Bake | | Recommended Uses For Product | Modeling | | UPC | 499994309822 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | None. | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** STAEDTLER - **Color:** Red - **Educational Objective:** Creative Skill - **Included Components:** Clay Knife, Instruction Guide, Mica Powder, Play Mat, Rolling Pin, Sculpting Tool - **Item Weight:** 2.08 ounces - **Material:** Clay - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Modeling - **Special Feature:** Pliable ## Images ![Staedtler Fimo Professional Oven Hardening Modelling Clay, 57G, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719IEH2NENL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic clay! *by C***R on April 10, 2025* This clay is fantastic! Good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best polymer clay *by A***R on April 15, 2025* Love this clay! It's perfect. I love that even after conditioning it, it is still firm enough to sculpt and keep it's shape well. A lot of clay gets so soft that you can't do anything with it but this stuff is great. Very easy to use and the price is great as well! If you follow the temperature and time directions on the pack it will bake perfectly every time! I use it to make miniature foods and I've shared a couple photos! ## Frequently Bought Together - Staedtler Fimo Professional Soft Polymer Clay, 2 oz, Red (EF8005-200) - Sculpey Premo Polymer Oven-Bake Clay, Translucent, Non Toxic,8 oz. bar, Great for jewelry making, holiday, DIY, mixed media and home décor projects.
