A: Hello! It is handled at about 110-120, which is about the temperature which it can get naturally in a beehive. That is also under the temperature which harms honey, so ours is still considered a raw honey.

**Q: Is this honey cut with corn syrup?**
A: Hello!  No, there is no corn syrup, or syrup of any kind. It is 100% pure, raw honey, produced from our own beehives. Thanks for the question!

**Q: Is this the creamier type honey or is it translucent in color?**
A: Our honey is light amber color and translucent.

**Q: Is the container/packaging such that you can get every last bit of honey out, or is it going to be difficult once you're down to the last few pounds?**

This is my third 5-gallon bucket from Desert Creek and I keep coming back for a reason. The honey tastes excellent - good complexity, not cloyingly sweet like cut honey, and the price per pound is unbeatable for raw, unfiltered stuff. The only inconsistency I've noticed: sometimes you get exactly 60lbs of honey (container tare not included), other times you get the full 63lbs including the bucket. This batch was spot-on at 63lbs total. Seems to depend on who's manning the scale that day, but the variance is minor enough that I'm still ordering. If you go through honey in volume, this is the move. Real product, fair price, no nonsense.
