Review: Nice and bright when needed and can dim down while watching TV - Very good product. I wired these directly into my bathroom light with the correct plugs and transformer supplied so can turn the light up while shaving and dim down while in a hot bath listening to music, so very convenient and costs next to nothing to run. Also have these same lights around my living room ceiling and have the dimmer switch by my chair to turn down while watching TV, again when turned up full, there is plenty of white light in the room to read and write, very good for the environment and saves on electricity. Tried some other LED lights in the living room but had to take them down as the remote signal from my TV also activated the lights, very frustrating, so hoped to take down those lights and use them in another room, no way hosay, they were stuck so well, they just broke apart, so £70 lights went in the bin. If you bye lights with remote, plug them in and turn them on first and use any remote in that room to see if there is and conflict with the remote signals, could save you money having to take them down. The only disadvantage with the lights l have now is the dimmer switch must stay by the plug so l can’t move my chair to another part of the living room, which is why l hoped for a remote system.

**Q: I have some masterwon 2 pin 8mm led strip connectors. can i use these to connect the strip?**
A: This 10M LED strip is 2 pin 10mm, so the answer is no.

**Q: Why would they keep turning off when switched on at the mains?
if i switch off/on at mains they work for a while**
A: I was very pleased when I first installed these LEDs but, after a while, they became unreliable.  I think the problem lies in degrading contacts: I find that if I touch the dodgy areas the lights will work for a while.  I'm not too impressed though and won't buy this make again.

**Q: Ours have started to flicker.. but have been using our ones for over a year now!**
A: Mine too . Some have stopped working although led onlyylast soany hours

**Q: Can i wire direct to mains switch**
A: No. The transformer is adapted into a 13amp plug therefore it requires a 13amp socket. I have connected 13amp sockets to lighting circuits for the dedicated use of these adapters where the socket is in such a position it couldn’t be used for anything else. The alternative would be an led strip and separate led driver.

Very good product. These are great, I've used them along the stairs for the winter and they're really bright which is what I needed. The only downside is it comes with silly sticky tabs which are useless so I've used double sided sticky tape.
