And I really like the lack of mess from poaching eggs the old fashioned way... with proper prep of the poacher cups, the eggs just slide out onto the plate.I tried the egg boiler holder for Soft-boiled eggs and was not happy. This was before the instructions were sent. The eggs were not cooked enough even though I timed them in boiling water. I think the eggs weren't sufficiently covered with the hot water and the tops with pretty raw.I've not tried the frying rings yet.But I have one complaint. All the items are quite small; much smaller than I envisioned even with the information given. It would help if there was something in the picture with the product to give an idea of relative size..... a ruler or a measuring cup or an egg in its shell...Overall... quite pleased.
