The last thing to touch on, is that in many top tier cat foods, put way too many herbs and vegetables in it. Then the cat food ends up being like a pasta dish full of oregano. This competes with other high quality dry cat foods but is a better price. For a quality food it is worth it because my cats eat a lot less since there are no fillers. They ate a lot more blue dry and so it ended up costing about the same per month. My cats really enjoy this food. It has a pleasant fish smell and just really looks healthy. They like the wet pate salmon too and again no chicken. The most obvious change is in her eyes but she is more spunky and cleaning herself more often. She is 12yr Maine Coon. Update 11.28.25 the wet pate salmon is really a big hit never any hesitation when I put it down compared to a former blue pate which was hit and miss. When it's time, they wait for this open farm and then eat it immediately.
