A: Mine scans through the badge holder with no problem :)

**Q: Do you have lanyards that are key chain length that match the ID badges?**
A: No

**Q: Is the lanyard soft or hard on the neck?**
A: I guess it's hard and soft. The material is plastic but it's very light to have around your neck. I forget I have it on. My previous lanyard was very hard and stiff, constantly had to adjust it. Love this one it moves with you.

**Q: What is the size of the clear window? It looks like it wouldn't show the entire card.**
A: It shows my whole ID card
