I have used them a few times and they are still working whereas some i have used before bend and become useless. I think it is important to get the correct size, too small will not to the job and too big won’t fit and may cause damage. When you get the right Pik it works wonders. Don’t worry if they cause your gums to bleed slightly this is a good sign. I like the fact that they are made of bamboo and only a small amount of plastic.
