It helps me, and there’s no cons at all! ### ⭐⭐ Not accurately described *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2016* I received this item at a discount in return for an honest review. Since I don't have a pull-up bar in my house, I intended to use it using the Door Anchor. The reason for the low rating is not based on the quality of the product, it's based on the way this product is advertised and described here on Amazon. I mistakenly thought, based on the pictures and the fact that it came with the door anchor that you could use it that way. You can't. The ONLY way to use this band is with a pull-up bar. It cannot be used with the Door Anchor. The photos on Amazon are misleading. The ones that show someone using an exercise band with a door guide or by stretching it with your arms/hands are not applicable at all. I contacted the company and they said "To use these bands you must need a Pullup Bar, the Door Anchor that it is enclosed is just a Free Gift to be used for other exercise and fitness bands,So; yes you need a Pullup Bar to use this pullup stretch band".Regarding their "guide", this is a small laminated card with some tiny pictures on it depicting someone using the band with a pullup bar. There are words on it that are so tiny, I had to take a picture of the card and blow up the photo to read them. In addition, the card has an email address to be used for suggestions or questions. The email address doesn't work, I tried it.If you do have a pullup bar available, I suspect the band will work very well. It is very heavy and thick and appears to be good quality and construction.My recommendations to BodyBudd is to (1) modify your product description and photos on Amazon to clearly explain what this product can be used for. If you wish to continue to add the door anchor as a "gift" then make sure it's clear that it cannot be used with this band. And (2) print your guide large enough that it can be read without a magnifying glass and put a valid email address on it. ### ⭐ is I do not like it at all *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2016* I received #bodybudd at a low or reduced rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, which, is I do not like it at all. The quality of the band seems extremely durable. The advertising for the #bodybudd does not reflect its actual use, as far as a door pull up. I would suppose you would need an angle iron in the doorway to use this, which, I do not have. If I did have one, there was no clear instruction on how to use it or install it. In fairness, I must say, if you are a "muscle man" or "gym junkie," perhaps, you could just unwrap it and go to work. As a beginner, not so much.
