They work fantastically. I (accidentally, ahem) bought a second set of brushes at the same time as these, so I compared them. The other set, with pink marbled handles, was just a few bucks cheaper. They seem nearly identical, but the Winstonia bristles are slightly softer (which isn't important with builder gel since it's self-levelling anyway) AND most importantly, more rounded. They have a nice rounded tapered shape, while the generic brand brushes were more square. I prefer the rounded. So I'm using these primarily, rather than the other brand. The rounded edges make this a better purchase for me, even if they were just slightly more expensive. They hold up very well to acetone, alcohol, etc and look brand new although I've used a few of them quite a bit. The sizes are also fantastic. The largest covers my whole fingernails and the smallest is great for details! Review: Good - Great little brush set for me as a somewhat beginner nail tech. I really only use 2 sizes for builder gel application, but the price point is so good I don’t care. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B015K2ZBYC | | Brand | Winstonia | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 1,217 Reviews | | Handle Material | Wood | | Item Shape | Oval | | Item Weight | 0.8 Ounces | | Manufacturer Part Number | B015K2ZBYC | | Model Number | B015K2ZBYC | | Shape | Oval | | UPC | 880426057822 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Winstonia - **Handle Material:** Wood - **Shape:** Oval - **UPC:** 880426057822 ## Images ![Winstonia Wooden Allure Nail Art Acrylic Uv Gel Brushes Tools Set Kit Assorted Size Oval - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ahzgYQIfL.jpg) ![Winstonia Wooden Allure Nail Art Acrylic Uv Gel Brushes Tools Set Kit Assorted Size Oval - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/614VwPpTSlL.jpg) ![Winstonia Wooden Allure Nail Art Acrylic Uv Gel Brushes Tools Set Kit Assorted Size Oval - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61jlqJg4j0L.jpg) ![Winstonia Wooden Allure Nail Art Acrylic Uv Gel Brushes Tools Set Kit Assorted Size Oval - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Pfb1evpUL.jpg) ![Winstonia Wooden Allure Nail Art Acrylic Uv Gel Brushes Tools Set Kit Assorted Size Oval - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41dyyLVoztL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the shape, great for gel *by M***E on 12 July 2016* I bought these for use with Gelish soak-off builder gel (and Gelish Foundation, and Gelish Top It Off). I really only use 2 sizes for builder gel application, but the price point is so good I don’t care. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice set of brushes *by K***. on 7 February 2018* Not super high quality but they get the job done! Easy to handle and I haven’t had any shedding from the bristles. The smaller ones are more useful to me. ## Frequently Bought Together - Winstonia 7pcs Gel Nail Brush Set for Nail Tips Builder & Overlay, Sculpting, Poly Gel, and Extensions.
