The original Weber Griddle states you cannot with theirs.** A: I flip mine about every other use to burn off and clean them. No problems as a result. **Q: What's on the back side of this griddle? Is it anothe flat top or something different?** A: One side is flat, one side is ridged on ours. **Q: Will this work with weber q1400 electric grill?** A: I have these on a Weber Q2000 and they work great. I would check the surface size of your 1400 and make the determination if they will fit. Also not sure why you would want these on an electric grill doubt the grill gets hot enough for them to do what they do **Q: I doubt this weighs 0.634 ounces, does anyone have product weight? It's heavy fits the grill perfectly and seems well made. I've had other steel gridles that cracked when heated to high. I will update review if it fails. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Griddle for Weber Q 1000/1200 Grill *by F***H on August 17, 2020* Perfect fit for our new Weber Q 1200 grill, and a fraction of the cost of the Weber brand. Right out of the box, it had some pre-seasoning, but I seasoned it more before using. The griddle took the seasoning beautifully and cooked perfect pancakes (no sticking) the first time we used it. Cleaned up in a flash. Fits inside the grill for storage & transport. Reverse side has a diamond grid and will be perfect for seafood as well as grilled veggies.
