**Q: Are there any preservatives?**
A: Absolutely not. You won’t find any additives, fillers, preservatives, yeast extract, maltodextrin, "natural flavors", or ingredients you can’t pronounce in our chicken broth.

**Q: Isn't garlic high in FODMAPs?**
A: While the bulbs of garlic are high FODMAP gut triggers, the green parts of scallions, leeks chives are not. So we use them instead for the similar delicious flavor.

**Q: What are garlic scapes?**
A: Garlic scapes are the tender stem and flower bud of a garlic plant and are harvestable for only a few weeks each growing year. They taste a tad sweeter and more vegetal than garlic bulbs (and thus regular garlic powder).

I have bought garlic oil which is delicious and my friend bought me some other salt shaker -a Monash approved Garlic substitute- But the fillers made me sick and I didn’t like it at all. This is delicious and really does add a garlic flavor if you want more just add more powder. I just wish it was cheaper because I would buy it more often as it is I use the conservatively but would use it every night if I could and if it was more affordable. I definitely think it’s worth a try I really love it and it makes a huge difference for me I cannot believe that I can have garlic again at least in some form even if it’s not the real thing. Thanks
