Review: Good product. - Very good, pleasant taste. Not too sweet, dissolves well without shaker. However, I went back to find the same product and could no longer find it without caffeine. The one that I previously bought had no caffeine and was great. I personally do not want caffeine in this supplement so I hope the old version becomes available again.

I love these ketones! The flavor is great and I just dump the powder in my bottle of water. It mixes up very well and let me tell you, the lemonflavor is delicions! Whether or not I am getting into Ketosis is debatable. I have strips that I bought and either they don't work well or I am hard to get into ketosis. Either way the taste is great and I am losing weight which is all that matters!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes great, decently effective.

Pros: Best tasting ketone supplements that I've tried Decently priced Easy to use packets No caffeine Cons: Has 70 calories per packet, which is more than I've seen in the other couple of brands that I've tried. Still affected my sleep some (compared to Pruvit non-caffeinated packet) Ok, I have tried several different ketone supplement packets. I currently follow an intermittent fasting diet. I have now tried this brand, Pruvit, and Ketond (so far only used Ketond for one day). This one definitely has the best flavor out of the 3 that I tried - I didn't mind drinking it at all. It's easy to use. It has been effective for losing weight. I used one packet a day - either in the AM or at lunchtime, and then I usually eat at night (and yes, I know that it's better to eat in the AM, but it's what works for me). I was not pleased that the packets are 70 calories each - but I may continue with them depending on how things go with Ketond. This brand is MUCH cheaper than Pruvit, comes with more packets, and is at least as effective. It did make it somewhat more difficult to sleep, but compared to the non-caffeinated version of Pruvit, I slept much better. Stars: 4/5 (I took off 1 star for the sleep difficulties and calories). Also, before starting this, or any other nutritional supplement, please contact your health care provider and make sure to follow up. Also please remember that supplements such as these are NOT regulated, so you use at your own risk.
