**Q: Why does the shipping cost more than the item itself?**
A: The quality of the lat bar is definitely different. They use 4mm-6mm thickness steel. 4-6mm is very easy to bend. Do you dare to use it for free? Marsafit Grip is 8mm thickness steel. You can use very safely.

**Q: Did you guys buy the full set or which two do you recommend? trying to grow my lats wider?**
A: We did not buy the whole set. We have the wide bar, middle neutral grip bar and a close bar. I will add either the medium supinate or close supinate bar next. That's a pretty good variation for back training

**Q: What size would be best for a petite women for wide grip pull downs?**
A: Not knowing how petite you are I would say suggest the 22 inch bar. I am. 5’6” male @ 180# and use the 28 inch bar. The bar is great one of f my favorite pieces of gear.
