Review: Comfortable, great fit and worth the price - I needed new sandals and I decided on the Reef Fanning sandals and I just love them. I've worn them daily since receiving them and they are broken in nicely in just over a week of wearing. They feel solid and well made and I expect to get quite a lot of use out of them. I'll update this if that doesn't happen. The size 11's fit true for me. These were just right. What I liked is they are sturdy and yet comfortable on my feet. They don't feel like they will fall off or shift side-to-side like the exceptionally cheap dollar store kind would. I've walked miles in them, so I can say they're comfortable. What is most noticeable for me is they stay on my feet without being restrictive. So they're fine for driving, running around and are great in the water and sand. I haven't used the bottle opener yet, but as we live at the beach, it's only a matter of time before I do. For the quality, I am happy with these and with how much I paid for them. ($42, delivered).

**Q: Hi. Can these be worn walking around paved streets, shopping, etc.?  Thanks**
A: Put them on and prepare to be amazed.  My last flip' was made by NIKE and I would only use them to walk less than 400-500ft.  If I had to walk 3 miles in a flip this would be the one I'd use; & there is no second place choice.  ENJOY!

**Q: Will 9d(m) us fit a 8 and half?**
A: That would be a safe bet. Reef Fanning are extremely accurate in their sizing and seeing is how there are no half sizes, I would definitely go up instead of down ... no one likes their toes coming out the front ; )

**Q: Will it be ok for tropical rainy season? Does it take long to get it dry again? Any persistant smell?**
A: They should be fine in the rainy season.  I use mine for washing cars and other things outside.  They do not seem to absorb much water so they dry quick and do not smell.  Their slip resistance is almost like deck shoes.

**Q: How much do they weigh?**
A: A little over a pound
