This works just like the one I original received with my head set from the manufacture. So far I have not had any issue with it give it a full charge like the one I had received with my plantronic Voyager head set. I love my head set and even had ordered a new headset to have as a back up. Unfortunately the headset I order didn't work so I had to send it back along with the cord for that headset. So I found myself just needing the charging cord only. This was a great price and I would pay this amount over and over as I love my headset. This came faster than stated so I was extremely excited this seller sent this to me so quickly.
