A: I bought this for someone who is 6ʻ2" and weighs about 250lbs so I ordered the XXL - it fit him perfectly, so I guess the best answer is it seems to run true to size, not small or large compared to usual size - sorry I canʻt be more help

A: I believe Small will still fit you! It fit my husband just right and he's 5'10 and weighs 160 lbs with medium build. I would also check size chart.
