I had been using the temporary paste filling from pot, but researched this product and I know it was used by my dentist when the same happened years ago on the other side of my mouth, and as I said it has lasted for years. I did have to buy the correct product for setting the resin. I bought a blue light wand specifically for setting resin and recommended for setting this tooth resin. This product comes with little tubes to fit on the end of the resin syringe, it means you can just put a little resin where you need it and build up layers of resin. I built up layers of resin and blasted with the blue light in between layers (the light wand I have blasts for 5-20 seconds then shuts off) I researched how dentists do it and they build up the resin in layers. It worked for me and the cost of these and the blue light curing wand cost about £50 when I went to the dentist it cost me £150 to have my missing filling filled with cured resin. I'm very happy with the product. It has to be cured with the right blue light or it will stay as a sticky mess.
