Review: New product with tiny damage mark - I have bought this product delivered to me on 20th Nov 2017..it is good to brew the coffee...after three days it has been noticed a tiny hit mark at the bottom of the product..I don't know whether it is manufacturing defect or caused during delivery...though it is not related to the brewing of coffee... But as a new product it somehow not expected ....another thing is why different prices for different colour..and it is labelled keeping hot 8hours which is not true.

**Q: where is it made?**
A: I believe only the casings are made in china, but the whole assembly is done in Canada.

**Q: how long time it keeps the coffee hot? is it easy to wash?**
A: I find that it keeps the coffee hot for a couple of hours and then warm for several more after that.  It is very easy to wash.  Just rinse out the mug, separate the filter parts and put them under running water.  Then I air dry everything.  Very happy with this purchase.

**Q: What stops the brewing/prevents the coffee/coffee from getting bitter while it remains in the mug - assuming the filter isn't water proof to prevent?**
A: I don't know exactly why it works,but I feel like the last sip tastes just the same as the first. I definitely feel like it works. I take this mug to work every day and love it.

**Q: dish washer safe?**

Excelente producto, antes de adquirirlo vi un centenar de revisiones de diferentes prensas francesas portátiles y por mucho esta opción fue la que más me convenció. Ahora que lo he probado comprobé que no me equivoqué al decidirme por esta. Estoy pensando en comprarme un par más en otros colores y los filtros para té. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
