Was concerned it would be a cheap plastic piece molded to another plastic piece. Is shockingly secure. I ran with my canon R5 and a 28-70 f2 mounted about a half mile through the Bonneville salt flats because a wind storm kicked up and had to run to the car. I didn’t even think about the tacdraw at the time because I was literally running as fast as I could. The tacdraw did not fail. 2 days later again I’m running from a rainstorm in the Saltair beach in SLC (again caught in a storm), and tacdraw did not fail me. Well made. Feels like quality parts.
