Other pedals break when you hit jumps, but these didn’t break even when I hit an 11 foot jump. My friend had these for a long time and they didn’t break on him. Good price, large footpad area and really grip. I’ve had a set on my old Killer V 500 Canondale for over a year. I use it to commute about 16 miles a day. Just recently bought two more sets - one for my Lectric xpeak 2.0 and one for my kids mountain bike. I’ve got the blue and black ones and the anodizing is decent. The blue has not faded and has retained most of its color better than many other anodized products I’ve used. Comes with a few extra grip pins and a small tool to change them but I’ve never needed to.
