Unfortunately, I did not read the other reviews and bought my normal size. YOU 100% NEED TO SIZE UP. The seam along the zipper broke so easily as soon as I tried it on (reason for the 4 stars), but again, it was a tad tighter than I would have liked it. Thankfully my mom was able to sew it back together, but honestly you get what you pay for. I needed this for 1 wedding for 1 day, so in my case it was just what I needed. Size up. I was a small, but now mostly a medium postpartum. I sized up to a Large. The fabric and lace don’t have any stretch, which makes it really difficult to close the zipper (it kind of snags). It also felt a bit tight around my rib cage.Many reviews indicated that the slip/lining underneath was extremely short (and I could clearly see in many photos that this was indeed the case), however the dress I received did not have this problem. I’m wondering if my torso is shorter than most others that reviewed it.The dress was a bit longer than I expected. I am 5’3”, and it hit my ankles. I think this dress would be more flattering on someone much taller and with a fuller chest I’m a 34A/B. There was some gaping and extra room in the front.
