**Q: I have a pair of these radios, and I want to buy 4 more.  How can I tell what frequency they are on so that you can program them?**
A: Look at the back of the radio with the battery off it will  say either TC-508V or TC508U

**Q: Doe this come with the rechargable base?**
A: Yes, a base charger is included with the order.

**Q: I want to buy one for work, do I need to program it or as long as I am on the right channel it'll work?**
A: All professional two-way radios require frequencies programmed in the radio to operate.  Hytera radios come from the factory with default / test frequencies programmed.  Most customers send us an existing radio for us to read their current programming or send us over their programming information to ensure the radios communicate properly.  You can also purchase a programming cable and use the Hytera CPS software to perform any programming needs.  If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please let us know. We are happy to help!

**Q: Are this radios version V5.01.65, I bought some from a different supplier and they appear to be V2.02.11 an can’t program them ?**
A: The current inventory we have is V5.01.67

I purchased this to have my own radio to use while at work and take with me no matter which location I end up at so I don't have to ask for one.. There was a letter included from the seller explaining if there was any support needed for configuring to reach out to them, so I did and was able to get it all set up fairly easily. The radio works perfectly, and comes with a strap and belt clip.
