The bits were dull. Merely drilling in to soft wood it took significant pressure to "push" the bit through the material. Clearly a manufacturing issue.2. The bits were bent so that they wobbled when put in a drill. I setup my piece of steel in the jig and started to drill, drill, drill, and the first one went very well. Then I setup my 2nd piece and after getting near the end, it snapped in two. I tried to salvage the cut and used the broken section to continue drilling, but it also broke again.
