Thanks** A: I would think it would smear it as it's very thick. **Q: Can you use this on glass windows to create a frosted look?** A: They make a super cheap spray specifically for this purpose with a max of 2 dollars a can, you can often find them at dollar tree around October. You can also use a white latex spray paint and a sponge. I would absolutely avoid using mod podge for that purpose. It’s too thick and won’t achieve a frosted look with ease and it’ll never come off completely. **Q: How do i know if I should use the one called "hard coat" or the acrylic seal spray on top of this one? What are the instances I would or wouldn't?** A: It depends in what you are making. If you want to keep stiff go with the hard stuff. If you want flexible Use the other one. **Q: Has anyone tried this over glowing stickers or paint? I'd like to know if the "glow" would still work? Thx <3** A: It should, it's dries clear. I would try it on a small area first.
