Usage 80% for the gym/20% casual use Fit: M - It was perfect for me - not too loose and not too tight Quality: Stretchy enough fabric to lift, run, and stretch. Good thing it has a liner, outer layer is slightly see through. It isn't the most durable material as others have mentioned. Do not put into dryer as care instructions say. I accidentally put it in once on low and didn't affect it, but having it thrown around can cause micro tears I'm sure (have been careful to not sit on anything rough like concrete to create more), BUT it has held up for the past couple of months and I'm sure will last quite some time as I only use it for the gym. There are some loose threads I had to cut off. Wasn't a fan of the HPYE logo, kind of tacky and carefully removed it.
