I like it because it's about 4" longer than the Dyson part it replaced, but I'm 6'3" so I can definitely see that it might be awkward for short people. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it has a rattle in the middle of the pipe. It's likely just the wires that run through the dedicated wire channel, but a little wire wrap during manufacturing could have prevented that.
