**Q: How come it is labelled as wheat bran (label shows 20% fiber), when other brands have 40-50% fiber content?**
A: Yes. I also noted it. Fibre alone is not stomach friendly, causes bloating. So Bagrry is better. It makes good porridge when cooked with water.

**Q: How to consume it?**
A: I mix it with my morning cereals and eat with milk

**Q: Is this scented or flavoured?**
A: None. It is just plain wheat bran which we lose when using "refined flour" like in all branded biscuits etc. Richer in protein and vitamins than whole wheat! Fibre is only 20%. Only Patanjali uses true whole wheat.
