They do what they say what they will do and more compared to other manufacturers. I ordered my beard pen as I always do, but this one particular time when I got it used it, it only worked right with the first application and went dry. Before any of you jump to conclusions, I did put the cap back on it and I always keep it in the box upright. I sent Pacinos a message regarding my experience and how displeased I was and I want you to know they immediately responded and sent me out a new beard pen and it works great. Great customer service. I will continue to use their products and you need to as well.
