It comes with a wiring diagram for lots of old handsets which included mine (replacing the original handset from a 1980s built flat). No issues and good quality. The customer service is great, installation cristal clear and the value for money is good! However! Be aware! Hope this helps **Q: How does the ringing work? Is there a built in speaker to alert when someone rings bell?** A: Yes there is a buzzer, I believe it uses the handset speaker as there is nothing in the body of the unit.
